(5), of the Land Development Regulations, to permit the expansion of a package store for sale of alcoholic beverages, on certain lands within the corporate limits of the City of Live Oak, Florida; providing for revocation of the special exception; repealing all resolutions in conflict; and providing an effective date; On a property located at 105 Beech St. NW and/or 621 Ohio Avenue North, Live Oak, Florida, 32064, Tax Parcel Number 23-02S-13E-05801-140010 (23025), and further described as follows: Lots 1 and 2, Block N, and Lot 6, Block O, SLATE'S ADDITION to the City of Live Oak, Florida, according to the plat thereof prepared by Geo. G. Ehrenborg Co., on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Suwannee County, Florida; The official application/petition and related documents are available for inspection by the public at the Planning and Zoning Office, City Hall Annex, 416 Howard Street East, Live Oak, Florida, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., City holidays excepted; phone 386-362-2276. The public hearing(s) may be continued to one or more future dates. Any interested party shall be advised that the date, time and place of any continuation of the public hearing(s) shall be announced during the public hearing(s) and that no further notices concerning this matter will be published, unless said continuation exceeds six calendar weeks from the date of the above referenced public hearing(s). At the aforementioned public hearing(s), all interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the referenced petition(s), or may submit written comments at the meeting or prior to the meeting to Planning Staff at the Planning and Zoning Office.
