NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
You are hereby notified that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Maitland, Florida, which also sits as the Local Planning Agency and the Land Development Regulation Commission will hold a public hearing. The hearing will be held at 6:00 P.M., Thursday, June 4, 2026, or as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible in the Maitland City Hall Council Chambers, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751. The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment, both written and oral, concerning a petition filed for a planned development.
The application is filed by Finfrock LLC., 2400 Apopka Blvd., Apopka, Florida 32703, on behalf of the property owner Charles Schwab & Co. , 9800 Schwab Way, Lone Tree, Colorado 80124-5377. The request is to amend the existing PD, Planned Development zone district to construct a parking garage up to ten stories, and accompanying site improvements. The property included in the PD amendment application includes the following parcels: 27-21-29-8419-00-011, (2001 Summit Park Drive, Orlando, Florida 32801); 27-21-29-8419-00-010, (1950 Summit Park Drive, Orlando, Florida 32810); and 27-21-29-8420-00-020, (1991 Summit Park Drive, Orlando, Florida 32810).

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MAITLAND, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP, A PART OF ARTICLE 1 OF THE MAITLAND LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF MAITLAND BOULEVARD AND WEST OF KELLER ROAD, FURTHER DESCRIBED HEREIN, FROM PLANNED DEVELOPMENT TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING A CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CONSTRUCTON OF A PARKING GARAGE AND ACCOMPANYING SITE IMPROVEMENTS, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
A complete copy of the planned development application may be inspected by any interested person Monday-Thursday, 7:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M., in the Community Development Department, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida, 32751. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and may submit written comments at or before the public hearing or attend the public hearing to be heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Maitland, Florida.
