NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING MCSD & UTM Collective Bargaining Sessions The Monroe County School District (MCSD) and the United Teachers of Monroe (UTM) convene annually to bargain collectively regarding terms and conditions of employment for UTM-represented instructional and school-related personnel (SRP) employees. In accordance with section 447.605 and section 286.011, Florida Statutes, the following collective bargaining sessions are open to the public and will be held on the dates and times listed below: May 6, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. May 13, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All bargaining sessions will be conducted in person at the Marathon Transportation Building, located at 2000 39th Street, Marathon, Florida 33050. Meetings will take place only at the dates, times, and location identified above unless otherwise publicly noticed. For general inquiries regarding the bargaining sessions, please contact Harry Russell by email at Harry.Russell@keysschools.com or by phone at (305) 293-1400, extension 53329.
