NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Orange County Local Planning Agency will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the County Commission Chambers, First Floor, County Administration Center, 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida. You are invited to attend and be heard regarding the following proposed agreement:
Pursuant to Sections 1013.30(15) and 163.3225, Florida Statutes, the Orange County Local Planning Agency will hold a public hearing concerning approval of a proposed Campus Development Agreement between Orange County and the University of Central Florida Board of Trustees. The Campus Development Agreement covers the University of Central Florida Main Campus which is located in Sections 2, 3, 10 and 11, Township 22, Range 31 and is generally located east of Alafaya Trail, south of McCulloch Road and north of Research Parkway.
You may examine the notice and the proposed agreement at the Public Works Building at 4200 South John Young Parkway, Orlando Florida or at the Planning Division Office at 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Second Floor Orlando, Florida; between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
