The City of Palmetto Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 5:45 PM in the Palmetto City Hall Chambers, 516 8th Avenue West, Palmetto, Florida, to consider a variance request, (VAR 2026-01) by the Applicant, Jennifer Hester for the property located at 2002 17th Street West, Palmetto, FL. The applicant has requested a variance from Section 4.3 of the City of Palmetto Zoning Code, to allow for reduced side yard setbacks.
If any person desires to appeal any decision of the City Commission or any other Board of the City, that person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Section 286.0105, F.S.)
