NOTICE OF THE TRADITION COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOS. 1-11 BUDGET WORKSHOP NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tradition Community Development District Nos. 1-11 (the District) will hold a Budget Workshop (Workshop) on May 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Tradition Town Hall located at 10799 SW Civic Lane, Port St. Lucie, Florida 34987. The Budget Workshop may be continued to a date, time and place approved by the Board on the record without additional publication of notice. The Budget Workshop, which is open to the public, will be held to discuss the Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Proposed Budget. Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this Workshop is asked to advise the District Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the Workshop by contacting the District Manager at 772-345-5119. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 7-1-1, or 1-800-955-8771 (TTY)/1-800-955-8770 (Voice), for aid in contacting the District Manager. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at this Workshop is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
