NOTICE OF HEARING ON ST. LUCIE VILLAGE VARIANCE APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of The Town of St. Lucie Village, Florida will consider a variance application at a meeting at the Village Hall, 2841 Old Dixie Highway, St. Lucie Village, FL, on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. The variance request is submitted by Rainer Feller and Ilka Feller in relation to real property located in St. Lucie Village at 437 River Prado. The legal description of the property is as follows: LOT 4, RIVER GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA. They request a variance from the minimum front setback requirements of Section 3.5.6, particularly Table 2, of the St. Lucie Village Land Development Code. The requested variance will allow the Fellers to convert and existing carport into a single-car garage of the same size.
