CITY OF FORT PIERCE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, pursuant to Section 125-37 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Pierce, will on Monday, May 18, 2026, hold a Public Hearing in the City Hall Commission Chambers, 100 North U.S. Highway 1, Fort Pierce, Florida, at their meeting which begins at 5:05 p.m., to consider review and approval of an application for Major Site Plan Amendment to an existing Conditional Use submitted by property owner, Bishop of Diocese Palm Beach and Representative, McCarty & Associates and Planning, to add a new constructed 45,159 sq. ft building at 407 S 33rd Street and 3402 Delaware Ave., Fort Pierce, FL. The property is zoned Medium Density Residential (R-4). Parcel ID: 2408-313-0001-000-6, 2408-324-0001-000-0, and 2408-313-0002-000-3. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the Application(s). Said applications will be available for inspection in the City Clerk's Office, City Hall, 100 North U.S. Highway 1, Fort Pierce, Florida.
