PLAT VACATION PV26-06
Pursuant to Section 177.101, F.S., the Board of County Commissioners will consider a petition to vacate the Countys interest in a 347.37 square-foot portion of a drainage easement on Lot 34, Block A, subdivision of Country Meadows also known as 2057 Country Meadows Lane, Sarasota FL 34235 at its Public Hearing on June 2, 2026, at the Robert L. Anderson Administration Center, County Commission Chamber, 4000 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.

The petition and/or other information are available for public inspection at the Sarasota County Property Management Office, located at 870 Apex Road, Sarasota 34240.
If an objection is filed, the objecting party will be invited to appear and be heard at a scheduled public meeting before the Board of County Commissioners at a certain time and date. If you prefer not to appear in person, written comments filed with the Clerk of the Board will be heard and considered.
