THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, HAS SCHEDULED A QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1225 MAIN STREET, SEBASTIAN, AT A REGULAR MEETING TO BE HELD ON THURSDAY, JUNE 4, 2026, AT 6:00 P.M., TO CONSIDER APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR A 2,080 SF CARPORT ENCLOSURE TO BE LOCATED AT 1201 MAIN STREET, NORTH AND BEHIND THE POLICE ADMINSTIRATION BUILDING.
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MAY APPEAR AT THE HEARING AND BE HEARD WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN, WHICH IS AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT WEEKDAYS FROM 8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM.
