NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A RESOLUTION AMENDING AND RESTATING CHAPTER II OF THE DISTRICTS RULE OF THE VILLAGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 6 TO BRING ABOUT DEED COMPLIANCE. A public hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors of Village Community Development District No. 6 on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the Sarasota/Destin Rooms of SeaBreeze Regional Recreation Center, located at 2384 Buena Vista Boulevard, The Villages, Florida. On February 15, 2013 the Board adopted Chapter II of its Rule to Bring About Deed Compliance (Rule). The Board now intends to amend that Rule for the purpose of amending the Districts complaint process. At the hearing the District residents and all other interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed rule amendment and adoption. The Rule is being amended and adopted pursuant to Sections 120.54, 190.011, 190.012 and 190.035, Florida Statutes, and is specifically implementing that authority granted by Section 190.012(4), F.S. The proposed, as amended, Rule is available for review and copying at the District Clerks Office located at 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, Florida.
