NOTICE OF LANDOWNERS MEETING AND BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
SEMINOLE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
TO: ALL OWNERS OF LAND WITHIN SEMINOLE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the Seminole Improvement District (District) will conduct the landowners meeting on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. at the District Offices, 4001 Seminole Pratt Whitney Road, Westlake, Florida. Immediately after the landowners meeting, there will be a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors to address organizational matters.
This meeting is being called pursuant to Chapter 2000-431, Laws of Florida, for the purpose of electing one Supervisor for the District. Seat #2 will serve a three-year term expiring June, 2029. At such meeting, each landowner shall be entitled to cast one vote per acre of land owned by him or her and located within the District for the seat to be elected. A fraction of an acre shall be treated as one acre. A landowner may vote in person or by proxy. Proxy forms may be obtained upon request at the District Office 4001 Seminole Pratt Whitney Road, Westlake, Florida 33470 or by emailing Melinda.Gallo@Inframark.com.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meeting may be continued to a date, time and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the Districts Administrative Assistant, Melinda.Gallo@inframark.com.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person may need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
