PUBLIC NOTICE PALM BEACH COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Development (HED) proposes to amend its Action Plan for Fiscal Years 2019-2020 and 2024-2025 as follows: Proposed Twenty-Ninth (29th) Amendment to FY 2019-2020 Action Plan For FY 2019-2020, the total HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funding received was $2,145,072. The proposed 29th Amendment includes: HOME activity to be Decreased in Funding: This amendment will decrease funding by $56,466.69, from $181,713.14 to $125,246.45, to the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program Community Development Organization (CHDO) funds to Habitat Housing Solutions, Inc. (HHSI) to undertake a project known as the Scattered Site Lots project for new construction of 11 housing units for homeownership. Funding will come from CHDO-Reserve and will be reprogrammed to Villas of Solana HOME CHDO project. Proposed Seventh (7th) Amendment to FY 2024-2025 Action Plan For FY 2024-2025, the total HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funding received was $2,201,524.
