NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 125.66, Florida Statutes, that the Broward County Board of County Commissioners intends to consider adoption of a Resolution Amending the Broward County Administrative Code on February 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at Governmental Center East, 115 South Andrews Avenue, Room 422, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, the title of the Resolution being as follows:
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING TO DESIGNATED STATE AGENCIES A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE DEEPWATER PORT COMPONENT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE., INCLUSION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE,
