Notice of Adoption of Resolution to Vacate portions of various open space, buffer and drainage easement lying within Tracts O-1, O-2 and O-20.(2025-V-08) NOTICE is hereby given by the Broward County Commissioners, Broward County, Florida, that said Board held a Public Hearing at 10:00 a.m. on January 22, 2026, in the Governmental Center East, 115 South Andrews Avenue, Room 422, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, to vacate and annul portions of various open space, buffer and drainage easement lying within Tracts O-1, O-2, and O-20 lying within the Homes at Parkland Royale Plat as recorded in the Official Records Plat Book 183, Pages 725, of the Official Records of Broward County, and generally located at the south side of Loxahatchee Road, between Bishop Pit Road and the C-36 Levee in the City of Parkland, Florida.
