Notice of Intent to Consider Adoption of a Resolution
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 125.66, Florida Statutes, that the Broward County Board of County Commissioners intends to consider adoption of a Resolution on May 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at Governmental Center East, 115 South Andrews Avenue, Room 422, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, the title of the Resolution being as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING SITE PLAN APPLICATION 02-SP-25 TO PERMIT THE DEVELOPMENT OF A COMMERCIAL SELF-STORAGE FACILITY ON PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE BROWARD MUNICIPAL SERVICES DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR RECITALS, FINDINGS OF FACT, SITE PLAN APPLICATION APPROVAL, CONDITIONS, VIOLATIONS OF CONDITIONS, AND EXPIRATION; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Interested parties may appear in person at the above-referenced meeting of the Broward County Board of County Commissioners and be heard with respect to this public hearing item.
