Consider Adoption of a
Resolution Granting Renewal of a Nonexclusive, Unrestricted Port Everglades Steamship Agent Franchise to Sun Terminals, Inc.
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the applicable provisions of Chapter 94-429, Laws of Florida, that the Broward County Board of County Commissioners intends to consider adoption of a Resolution on May 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at Governmental Center East, 115 South Andrews Avenue, Room 422, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, the title of the Resolution being as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING RENEWAL OF A NONEXCLUSIVE, UNRESTRICTED PORT EVERGLADES STEAMSHIP AGENT FRANCHISE TO SUN TERMINALS, INC., FOR A NEW FIVEYEAR TERM; PROVIDING FOR FRANCHISE TERMS AND CONDITIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Interested parties may appear in person at the above-referenced meeting of the Broward County Board of County Commissioners and be heard with respect to this public hearing item.
