Notice of Intent to Consider Adoption of a Resolution Amending the Broward County Administrative Code NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 125.66, Florida Statutes, that the Broward County Board of County Commissioners intends to consider adoption of a Resolution Amending the Broward County Administrative Code on March 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at Governmental Center East, 115 South Andrews Avenue, Room 422, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, the title of the Resolution being as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, PERTAINING TO WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES; AMENDING SECTION 38.39 OF THE BROWARD COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE CODE (ADMINISTRATIVE CODE) TO PRESCRIBE A REVISED FRANCHISE FEE RATE AND REVISED LICENSE FEES FOR WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES IN THE OPEN MARKET AREA; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Interested parties may appear in person at the above-referenced meeting of the Broward County Board of County Commissioners and be heard with respect to this public hearing item.
