ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
FEBRUARY 8, 2026
The City of Pembroke Pines is an entitlement recipient of federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and anticipates receiving an estimated $1,125,411 in Fiscal Year 2026-2027 funds to address community development and housing needs in Pembroke Pines. In order to receive these funds, the City must develop and adopt a One-Year Action Plan that is consistent with the Citys Five-Year Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan.
Prior to drafting the 2026 Annual Action Plan, the City will hold a Public Hearing to obtain citizen input and to identify community needs and local priorities for the use of these funds.
This Pre-Development Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at City of Pembroke Pines City Hall, A-101 Conference Room, located at 601 City Center Way, Pembroke Pines, FL 33025. Interested parties are encouraged to attend and participate.
