YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for declaratory relief has been filed against the following property in Escambia County, Florida:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 1 South, Range 30 West; thence North along the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter for a distance of 98.30 feet to the North right of way line of Nine Mile Road; thence continue North for a distance of 465.00 feet; thence run East along the North right of way line of Allison Lane, a distance of 384.85 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue along - said right of way South 87 degrees 35 minutes 19 seconds East, a distance of 116.67 feet to a point; thence leaving said right of way, North 2 degrees 25 minutes 48 seconds East, a distance of 98.20 feet to a point; thence run North 87 degrees 40 minutes 44 seconds West, a distance of 114.66 feet to a point; thence run South 3 degrees 36 minutes 23 seconds West, a distance of 98.04 feet to the Point of Beginning. and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Braden K.
