<p>Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Leon County, Florida, the Leon County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situated in Leon County, Florida, described as:</p>
<p>Lot 1, Block "O", of the revised plat of Block S, P and the West half of Block O, of Griffin College Heights Addition, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 134 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida.</p>
<p>at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at the listed website www.leon.realforeclose.com, on March 2, 2026. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale other than the property owner must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.</p>
