NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to: a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Two Mortgages for Commercial Purposes and for Money Damages entered on July 7th, 2025; an Agreed Order on Defendant, JOHN KOSTOGLOU's Emergency Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale Set for October 9th, 2025, entered on October 7th, 2025; an Agreed Order on Defendant, JOHN KOSTOGLOU's Emergency Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale Set for December 4th, 2025; and an Order Granting Defendant, JOHN KOSTOGLOU's Emergency Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale Set for January 22, 2026; in Case No. 2024 13633 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein, PARADISE BANK is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are: SALT GROUP LAS OLAS, LLC; JOHN KOSTOGLOU; GEORGE VALANTASIS; GJV MANAGEMENT LLC; SUSHI PRIME, L.L.C.; AWS ROOFING SERVICES, INC. a/k/a AWS ROOFING; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN KOSTOGLOU; VASILIA INVESTMENTS, LLC d/b/a SALTY MERMAID; MARY DOE a/k/a UNKNOWN TENANT ONE IN POSSESSION; MARY ROE a/k/a UNKNOWN TENANT TWO IN POSSESSION; and JOHN DOE a/k/a UNKNOWN TENANT THREE IN POSSESSION; the Clerk of the Court of Volusia County, Florida, LAURA E.
