FN5523 FN5523 Gpn11 By virtue of the Final Order of Default Judgment entered June 10, 2025, in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Civil Action File No. 24CV003074, in favor of Kern Michael Shepherd and against Clare Cherry, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door in Fulton County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in April 2026, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 212 of the 14th District of Fulton County, Georgia, together with all rights, title, and interest in the common areas and facilities appurtenant thereto, being a unit within Peyton Place Condominium, as more particularly described in the Declaration recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia. The sale is made for the purpose of satisfying the judgment in the principal amount of $35,610.47, plus any lawful interest and costs of sale. Said property will be sold subject to any unpaid taxes, assessments, easements, restrictions, and matters of record.
