NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM To: the Heirs of Frances Woodruff McDaniel and to any person claiming an interest in the property described herein: Oncar Holdings LLC hereby gives Notice that it intends to forever foreclose the right of redemption on that tract or parcel of land known as: All that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, being known and designated as Lot 5, Block C of Pine Heights Eastern Subdivision, Eastern portion as shown on a plat thereof prepared by Arnold-Harrell Co. for Ward Builders, Inc. dated April 1, 1954 and recorded in Realty Book 21-F, Page 523, reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds and location of said property. Parcel No. 110-4-084-00-0. The right to redeem said property will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after May 15, 2026. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated March 19 2025 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 1964, Page 425. The property may be redeemed at any time before May 15, 2026 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned. Please be governed accordingly.
