Take Notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit:
ALL that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, being shown and designated as Lot 10, Block G as to the metes, bounds and location of said property.
Said property is conveyed subject to Restrictive Covenants, recorded in aforesaid Clerk's Office in Realty Book 20-F, Pages 1-2.
