2021 Bennock Mill Loop STATE OF GEORGIA * COUNTY OF RICHMOND * FORECLOSURE NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, heretofore on January 9, 2026, Phyllis McCave, did execute and deliver to Charles L. Mooreand Sonja W. Moore, a certain Security Deed to the hereinafter described property to secure the payment of a certain Security Deed of even date in the original amount of Eighty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($82,500.00) Dollars, all as shown by record of said Security Deed recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court for Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1998, page 2721; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the installments as provided for in said Security Deed and the undersigned, as the owner and holder of said Security Deed, has elected to declare the entire unpaid indebtedness described in and secured by said Security Deed due and payable, and the same has not been paid; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to and in exercise of the power of sale contained in said Security Deed and for the purpose of collecting the indebtedness due thereby and the expense of sale, there will be sold at public outcry, before the Courthouse door in Richmond County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in May, 2026, to-wit: May 5, 2026, within the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, being shown and designated as Lot 22, containing 1.651 acres, on plat of Village Estates, Section Three, recorded in Reel 177, pages 1556-1557 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, reference to which is hereby made for a more complete description of said property. The sale will be held subject to any unpaid taxes or other assessments which may be liens against said property. The proceeds of said sale will be applied to the expense of said sale and to the payment of said indebtedness, all as provided in said Security Deed, and the balance, if any, will be distributed as provided by law.
