Said property is designated as Map #B013-07 002-015 and Parcel #01-01972. Parcel ID #: 01-01972 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 14th of June, 2026. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated December 1, 2009, and recorded on December 15, 2009. Said tax deed is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 2669 Page 134. The interest in said tax deed being conveyed to the Glynn-Brunswick Land Bank Authority via quitclaim deed dated July 18, 2019 recorded in the aforesaid records in Deed Book 4133 Page 147. This property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 P.M. on or before June 13th, 2026 OR 30 days after legal service of this Notice pursuant to O.C.G.A. 48-4-45, whichever is later.
