NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER POWER DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Wilmer Villatoro to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as grantee, as nominee for Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc., dated September 8, 2014, and recorded in Deed Book 3242, Page 808, Douglas County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Truist Bank by assignment recorded on February 27, 2023 in Book 4220 Page 487 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Douglas County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Eighty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-One and 0/100 dollars ($88,271.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on June 2, 2026, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 537, 18th District, 2nd Section, Douglas County, Georgia, being Lot 36, Park Forest, Unit 4, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 185, Douglas County Records.
