The Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026, to consider a request for a change in zoning from PUD (Planned Unit Development, District) and PSP (Public-Semi-Public, District) to O-I (Office Institutional, District) for +/- 0.97 acres located on Prestley Mill Road and Timber Ridge Drive, in Land Lot 49, District 1, Section 5, Parcel ID(s) 00490150050 and 00490150051. The request for rezoning will be considered at the City Council's Legislative Meeting on Thursday, June 11th, 2026, and voted upon at the Regular Voting Meeting on Monday, June 15th, 2026. Both Planning Commission and City Council meetings will be held at 6:00 pm, in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134.
