gpn20 RN5105 RN5105 gpn20 STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF FLOYD Advertisement of Filing of Petition for Tax Lien Foreclosure NOTICE RE:JANET STANDRIDGE Tax Map B13, Parcel 002 Alabama Highway, Rome, GA 30165 On February 25, 2026, a petition was filed in the Floyd County Superior Court seeking foreclosure of the ad valorem tax liens for the years 2024 and 2025 in the amount of $6,364.92 (amount includes principal amount of taxes owed and any accrued interest and penalties through April 15, 2026) on the following described property. Said amount may be subject to additional costs, filing fees and penalties associated with this action. All that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in Land Lot 102 in the 15th District and 4th Section of Floyd County, Georgia. Being more particularly described as all of Tract Number (5) five, of the Gilmore Brown Survey, of the J.W. Brown Farm, according to a plat thereon recorded in Plat Book two (2) page (13) thirteen, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Floyd County, Georgia. Said Tract Number (5) five consisting of the West 666.25 feet of Land Lot 102, containing 38 ? Acres, more or less.
