Said property contains an area of 6.269 acres and is shown as Tract A-2 on an ALTA/NSPS Survey for The Skytop Lodge, LLC, TRED II, LLC and Chicago Title Insurance Company, dated April 9, 2018, revised May 23, 2018 and last revised March 10, 2021, prepared by Floyd-Horne Land Surveyors, Billy L.
