gpn20 RN5104 RN5104 gpn20 STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF FLOYD Advertisement of Filing of Petition for Tax Lien Foreclosure NOTICE RE:JANET STANDRIDGE Tax Map B13, Parcel 021 Halls Valley Road, Rome, GA 30165 On February 25, 2026, a petition was filed in the Floyd County Superior Court seeking foreclosure of the ad valorem tax liens for the years 2024 and 2025 in the amount of $2,335.46 (amount includes principal amount of taxes owed and any accrued interest and penalties through April 15, 2026) on the following described property. Said amount may be subject to additional costs, filing fees and penalties associated with this action. All that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in part of Land Lot Number 101 in the 4th District and 4th Section of Floyd County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the East side of the Halls Valley Road, said point being the Northwest corner of the Mary H. McCoy Property; thence in a southerly direction along the East right of way line of the Halls Valley Road a distance of 200 feet; thence East to the West property line of the W.S. Black, John S.
