gpn20 RN5103 RN5103 gpn20 STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF FLOYD Advertisement of Filing of Petition for Tax Lien Foreclosure NOTICE RE:JANET STANDRIDGE Tax Map B13, Parcel 016 Halls Valley Road, Rome, GA 30165 On February 25, 2026, a petition was filed in the Floyd County Superior Court seeking foreclosure of the ad valorem tax liens for the years 2024 and 2025 in the amount of $19,010.29 (amount includes principal amount of taxes owed and any accrued interest and penalties through April 15, 2026) on the following described property. Said amount may be subject to additional costs, filing fees and penalties associated with this action. All that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in Floyd County, Georgia, and being all of that portion of Land Lots 116 and 101 in the 15th District and 4th Section of Floyd County, Georgia, lying easterly and northeasterly of King Creek. There is EXCEPTED from the above described property that portion of Land Lot 101 conveyed by Mark A. Cooper to C.A.
