BID NOTICE Contractors are invited to submit a bid for the 2026 HVAC Replacements at the Bartlett Park District Community Center. Sealed Bids will be received at the Bartlett Park District Administration Building, Attn: Kelly O'Brien, Superintendent of Parks and Planning before 10:00 AM local prevailing time on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Sealed Bid envelopes should be marked: Bid – 2026 HVAC Replacements at the Bartlett Park District Community Center The Contrac- tor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq. The project consists of: HVAC Replacements at the Bartlett Park District Community Center. A single stipulated sum bid will be received for all Base Bid work and Alternate Bid work, if applicable.
