Notice is hereby given that the opening date heretofore advertised as Tuesday, March 31, 2026 has been extended to Thursday, April 30, 2026 no later than 3:30 P.M. for the following items:

Request for Proposals (RFP) for Sale of Surplus Property for Transit-Oriented Development at Frontage along North Clark Street (Portions of 3330-3348 North Clark Street).
PROPOSAL GUARANTEE: NONE
For additional information, please contact Patrick McKenna Manager, Purchasing, pmckenna@transitchicago.com.
The contractor will be required to furnish certified copies of any and all Insurance Policies required in relation to this contract prior to CTA's execution.
