CHICAGO TRANSIT AUTHORITY Advertisement for Professional Services NOTICE OF TIME EXTENSION WITH ADDENDUM TO FOLLOW Notice is hereby given that the opening date heretofore advertised as Tuesday, March 31, 2026 has been extended to Thursday, April 30, 2026 no later than 3:30 P.M. for the following items: Req No: B25RG04918: Request for Proposals (RFP) for Sale of Surplus Property for Transit-Oriented Development at Frontage along North Clark Street (Portions of 3330-3348 North Clark Street). PROPOSAL GUARANTEE: NONE For additional information, please contact Patrick McKenna Manager, Purchasing, pmckenna@transitchicago.com. The contractor will be required to furnish certified copies of any and all Insurance Policies required in relation to this contract prior to CTA's execution.
