Plans and Specifications are also available to review at Walsh Construction Company II, LLC office located at 929 W. Adams Street Chicago, IL 60607.

In order to assist certified DBE Enterprises, Contractors and Suppliers, we will divide total requirements into smaller activities or quantities and establish delivery and construction schedules which will permit maximum participation of MBE/WBE businesses where feasible.

All subcontractors and material suppliers are required to execute our standard “Subcontract Agreement” and/or “Purchase Order”. We do require 100% Performance & Payment or supply bonds.
