BID NOTICE Notice is hereby given to all Bidders that the Deerfield Park District will be accepting sealed bids for the Roof Rehabilitation Program at the Deerfield Park District- Jewett Park Community Center – 836 Jewett Park Drive, Deerfield, Illinois 60015 Bid Documents are available through BHFX. Go to BHFXplanroom.com. Click on Public Jobs, project is listed under “Roof Rehabilitation Program – Jewett Park Community Center” Drawings and Program Manual will be available Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at the BHFXplanroom.com website. Any questions accessing documents can be directed to BHFX at 847-593-3161. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered / postmarked no later than Tuesday, May 5, 2026 @ 10:00am (local time) to: Deerfield Park District c/o: Mr. Jerry Hernandez Director of Parks 836 Jewett Park Drive Deerfield, IL 60015 Bids will be reviewed and opened promptly at 10:05am (local time) A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2026 @ 10:00am (local time). The pre-bid meeting will start at the Jewett Park Community Center located at 836 Jewett Park Drive.
