Notice to Bidders
Separate sealed bids are sought for GURNEE PARK
DISTRICT VIKING PARK COMMUNITY CENTER
CAMPUS EXTERIOR BUILDING PAINTING 2026,
4374 Old Grand Avenue, Gurnee, Illinois, 60031.
Work to include but not be limited to surfacing prepa-
ration including, cleaning, power washing, caulking
and scraping as needed, painting building exteriors
using exterior solid stain and paint, site restoration
and all appurtenant construction necessary to
complete the project.
There is a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING at
10:00am on Monday, June 1, 2026. The pre-bid meeting
will be held at Viking Park Community Center, 4374
Old Grand Avenue, Gurnee, IL 60031. This meeting will
be used to evaluate the project site, review the Scope
of Work and Specifications, and give Contractors the
opportunity to discuss any concerns with the Owner.
Attendance by any contractor desiring to bid on this
Project is MANDATORY.
