PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO DISADVANTAGED BUSINESSES Construction by Camco, 2125 Oak Leaf St, Joliet, IL 60436, 815-741-4455 is seeking disadvantaged businesses for the following City of Joliet Water Main project, for subcontracting opportunities in the following areas: HMA Pavement, Turf Restoration, Traffic Control, Concrete, Tree Removal/Trimming, Pavement Markings, Pre-Construction Video Recording, Line Stop/PSI Connections, Erosion Control, chlorination, Water Main Lining, Contaminated Waste Disposal. All disadvantaged businesses should contact, IN WRITING (certified letter, return receipt requested), Mike Marchiniak, to discuss the subcontracting opportunities. All negotiations must be completed 24 hours prior to the following bid opening date of 10:00 AM, Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
