PUBLICATION NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on July 16, 2025, BMO Bank N.A. filed a Verified Complaint with the Circuit Court of Cook County, County Department, Law Division (the Court) initiating the case titled BMO Bank N.A. v. Staki Inc., et al. (Case Number 2025L008930), for breach of contract, possession of personal property, and other relief.  The Verified Complaint named the following Defendants 1) Staki, Inc., 2) Vortex Line LLC, and 3) Dusko Ivovic.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on April 28, 2026, the Court entered a Special Order Authorizing Service of the Summons and Complaint by Alternative Means upon DEFENDANT, DUSKO IVOVIC, by, among other methods, publication pursuant to Section 2-206 of the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure.
