The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you, Thaila Mccoy, Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants, that the said suit has been commenced in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, St. Clair County, Illinois by the said plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to-wit:
LOT 26 OF "DAWN HEIGHTS"; REFERENCE BEING HAD TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF ST. CLAIR COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN BOOK OF PLATS "47" ON PAGES 60 AND 61.

Now, therefore, unless you, Thaila Mccoy, Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants, and the said above named defendants, file your answer to the complaint in said suit or otherwise make your appearance therein, in the office of the Clerk of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, St. Clair County, Illinois, on or before July 5, 2026, default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a Judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint. This case is set for a Mandatory Mediation on July 16, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Clair County Courthouse located at #10 Public Square , Belleville, Illinois 62220-1623, Courtroom 402.
