The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you Candice McNeil; Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants.
Defendants in the above-entitled suit, that the said suit has commenced in the Circuit Court of Saint Clair County, by the said Plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:
LOT 1 AND THE SOUTHEASTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 2 IN BLOCK 2 OF "SCHMISSEUR'S SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTHWEST FRACTIONAL 1/4 SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 8 WEST OF THE 3RD PM, ST. CLAIR COUNTY, ILLINOIS"; REFERENCE BEING HAD TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF ST. CLAIR COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN BOOK OF PLATS M ON PAGE 46. EXCEPT ANY INTEREST IN THE COAL, OIL, GAS AND OTHER MINERAL RIGHTS UNDERLYING THE LAND WHICH HAVE BEEN HERETOFORE CONVEYED OR RESERVED IN PRIOR CONVEYANCES, AND ALL RIGHTS AND EASEMENTS IN FAVOR OF THE ESTATE OF SAID COAL, OIL GAS AND OTHER MINERALS, IF ANY.

and which said Mortgage was made by Candice McNeil, a single person Mortgagors, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for FAIRWAY
INDEPENDENT MORTGAGE CORPORATION, its successors and assigns as Mortgagee, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Saint Clair County, Illinois, Document No. A02775263.
And for other relief; that summons was duly issued out of the said Court against you as provided by law, and that the suit is now pending.
Now therefore, unless you, the said above named defendants, e-file your answer to the Complaint in the said suit or otherwise make your appearance therein, on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this notice which is MAY 29, 2026. Default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a judgment entered in accordance with the
prayer of said Complaint.

You will meet with the Mediation Administrator to see if you qualify to continue in the mediation program to discuss options you may have and to pre-screen you for a potential mortgage modification.
