MCVSD 2026 Facility Improvements Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education, Moline-Coal Valley School District No. 40, 1900 52nd Avenue, Moline, IL 61265, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 2:30 PM prevailing time for the 2026 Facility Improvements at Butterworth Elementary School, Logan Elementary School, Moline High School and Washington Elementary School.Lump sum bid proposals will be received for this project at the scheduled time of receipt of bids and will be publicly opened at that time.A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 3:00 PM, starting at Butterworth Elementary School, 4205 48th Street, Moline, IL 61265 and will continue to the other facilities, Washington Elementary School, Moline High School, and Logan Elementary School. All Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend and sign-in at the meeting, which will also be attended by the Owner, and Architect. All bidders are also strongly encouraged to make a site visit prior to submitting their bid. Site visit must be pre-arranged with 48-hour notice.Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to the Board of Education, Moline-Coal Valley School District No. 40.Bids shall be submitted on or before the specified closing time in an opaque, sealed envelope. Bids shall be clearly marked "2026 Facility Improvements."
