MCVSD ASBESTOS ABATEMENT FOR LINCOLN – IRVING ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Moline/Coal Valley School District No. 40 will receive sealed Bids on an Asbestos Abatement Contract for the removal of asbestos containing materials throughout the Lincoln – Irving Elementary School. Bids shall be on Lump Sum basis; segregated Bids are not acceptable. Moline/Coal Valley School District No. 40, will receive Bids until 2:00 P.M., prevailing time, on the 10th day of March 2026 for the asbestos abatement at Lincoln – Irving Elementary School at Moline/Coal Valley School District No. 40 District Office located at 1900 52nd Avenue, Moline, Illinois 61265, Attn: District Office. Pre-Bid Meeting: March 3rd, 2026 at 3:30 P.M. prevailing time at Lincoln – Irving Elementary School located at 1015 16th Avenue, Moline, Illinois. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
