INVITATION TO BID
Moline-Coal Valley School District No 40, Moline, IL seeks bids for Moline Soccer Complex Renovation, Moline High School, 3600 Avenue of the Cities, Moline, IL 61265. Sealed bids will be received at the Moline-Coal Valley School District Office, 1900 52 nd Avenue, Moline, IL on May 04, 2026, by 2 p.m. prevailing time. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2pm on May 05, 2026 at Moline-Coal Valley School District Office, 1900 52 nd Avenue, Moline, IL. Bid security by bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) must accompany the proposal. The successful Contractor will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. A pre-bid meeting will be held at MHS (3600 Avenue of the Cities, Moline, IL 61244) on April 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time. Illinois Prevailing Rate of Wages will be in effect for the project. IMPACT agreement will be executed for the project.
Obtain Bidding Documents at CityBlue Technologies (4653 44th St, Rock Island, IL 61201) by depositing $50.00 per set, cash or check payable to United Township High School, or non-cash plan deposit programs which are guaranteed by contractor associations. The deposit will be refunded to Bidders who return Bidding Documents in good condition within fourteen (14) days after the receipt of Bids. Documents are also on file at the following plan rooms: CityBlue and CMD Group.
The Owner reserves the right to ask that any Contractor submit a resume of their qualifications and to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid which, in the Owner's judgment, is in the Owner's best interests.
