IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 18TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT DUPAGE COUNTY, 505 NORTH COUNTY FARM ROAD, WHEATON, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Carl Hayes, DECEASED. 25 PR 939 Notice is given to credi- tors of the death of the above named decedent. Letters of office were issued to Dannella Hayes, 1731 North Taft Avenue, Berkeley, Illinois 60193, as Independent Administra- tor, whose attorneys of record is Timothy J. Ritchey and Thomas C. Wedgwood, Peck Ritchey, LLC, 321 S. Plymouth Court, 6th Floor, Chicago, Illinois 60604. The estate will be administered with- out court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill.
