IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 18TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT DUPAGE COUNTY, 505 NORTH COUNTY FARM ROAD, WHEATON, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Timothy Plocinski, DECEASED. 25 PR 862 Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above named dece- dent. Letters of office were issued to Kimberly Haley, 215 West 3rd Street, Prophetstown, Illi- nois 61277, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney of record is Sabrina Valdez, Heart- land Law Firm, 1545 Waukegan Road, Suite 1- 3, Glenview, Illinois 60025. The estate will be admin- istered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any inter- ested person terminates independent administra- tion at any time by mail- ing or delivering a peti- tion to terminate to the clerk.
