Allen, DECEASED. 25 PR 915 Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above named dece- dent. Letters of office were issued to Adam Chamula, 63 Chelsea Street, Bloomingdale, Illi- nois 60108, as Independent Executor, whose attor- neys of record is Peter M. Brady, Peck Ritchey, LLC, 321 S. Plymouth Court, 6th Floor, Chicago, Illinois 60604. The estate will be administered with- out court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any inter- ested person terminates independent administra- tion at any time by mail- ing or delivering a peti- tion to terminate to the clerk.
