Letters of office were issued to Gail P. Bley, 222 North LaSalle Street, Suite 300, Chicago, Illinois 60601, as Independent Executor, whose attorney of record is Barbara Grayson, Willkie Farr & Gallagher, LLP, 300 North LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60654. The estate will be administered with- out court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act Ill.
