No. 2026PR00000005 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Harmony R. Washington, of Waukegan, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on January 27, 2026, to Mayolita Gaines as Independent Administrator, whose attorney is Gretchen Neddenriep, 501 N. Illinois Route 21, Suite 203, Gurnee, Illinois 60031. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois 60085 on or before August 14, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
